We specialize in grilled panini sandwiches. Our unique round shaped artisan bread is stuffed with the freshest of ingredients. You can choose from one of our delicious signature panini or you can build your own from scratch. Each panini is individually made right in front of you and grilled to perfection on our "Hot Table" grill. We also have a great selection of salads, coffee and desserts. We are a locally owned company with two locations in Springfield open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Open everyday but Sunday.
